Gemius Report : Most popular formats of online advertising in Central and Eastern Europe

Standard banners are still the most popular formats of online advertising from the campaigns conducted in Central and Eastern Europe.

The highest click rate is recorded for Rich Media banners and users from Poland are the ones who most frequently click on ads.
In most of the countries analyzed , over 80 % of the online treads are standard banners . On the other hand , Rich Me-dia banners are becoming increasingly popular and , depending on the country ,we can find multimedia content in various proportions. For example only 10% of the campaigns from Estonia and Slovenia have rich media banners, while 42% of campaigns conducted in Croatia and the Czech Republic are using multimedia content .
