The two Bucharests: the Central and Northern areas reemerge as a seller’s market, the peripheries stagnate

The Northern areas are the most attractive, and the average selling period in the most desired areas decreased to 18 days

Seven years have passed since the beginning of the collapse of the prices on the local residential market, and we can still feel the effects of the shock from 2008. Starting this year, the Capital has entered a new cycle of real estate evolution, but not all areas perform the same, shows a HomeFinders.ro study, which analyzes the period of time between January – August 2014 and shows the evolution of the main indicators for the state of the residential market.
