CSBS Program - Customer Service Business Safari 2013

CSBS - Customer Service Business Safari is like a mini-MBA program offered by Mastermind Communications, addressing the SME owners, directors and Romanian specialists who want to apply Excellent Customer Service Programms for retaining their clients

The program will be held over a period of seven days, between October 26th - November 1st including 2 days of theoretical training, when techniques and ways of Customer Experience Management will be described, during the course held by the trainer Mihai Mătieş, and 5 days of practice, when the participants will visit a number of companies and institutions to see how they actually apply the concepts of customer service, meeting there with CEOs and experts in the field.
