CTP, the largest developer and long-term administrator of premium industrial and logistics parks in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, continues its expansion at national level and invests around EUR 18 million in the acquisition of two logistics parks in Ineu and Salonta, from the Slovak company IPEC Group.

The two properties total 119,000 m² of land and 37,000 m² of land space. These new logistics parks of the CTP have a strategic position in the western part of the country: Ineu is located in Arad County, one of the important industrial centers in the area and the transport node, and Salonta, in Bihor County, very close to the border with Hungary.
