GIC has completed the agreement for the acquisition of P3, worth 2.4 billion euros - one of the largest transactions on the real estate market in 2016

GIC, the Singapore sovereign fund, has finalized the P3 acquisition from TPG Real Estate and Ivanhoe Cambridge, one of the largest owners, developers and logistics asset managers at pan-European level.

The Agreement, which assesses the company at 2.4 billion euros, was announced for the first time in November 2016, but the execution was done after receiving all the approvals of the European regulators. It is one of the largest transactions made in 2016 on the European real estate market.
