UniCredit Tiriac Bank financed small and medium-sized enterprises with almost 86 million euros through the JEREMIE initiative

Through the JEREMIE initiative, UniCredit Tiriac Bank, one of the main banking institutions in Romania, has granted the small and medium-sized enterprises with 326 new loans for investments, extension and support for the capital need, the total value of the loans reaching up to 85,7 million euros.

SME

Managed by the European Investment Fund (EIF), the communitary initiative JEREMIE, wants to improve the SME’s acces to financing through financial instruments granted by structural funds. In Romania, JEREMIE initiative is financed through The Operational Programme 'Increase of Economic Competitiveness, 2007-2013, from the European Regional Development Fund.
