Veranda Shopping Center has reached an occupancy rate of 70%

Veranda, the proximity shopping center developed by Prodplast Real Estate in the Obor area of Bucharest, has reached an occupancy rate of 70%.

The project with a total leasable area of nearly 30,000 mp, will be completed in the Q4 of this year and will include over 100 shops, a hypermarket, area of restaurants, parking lot and a vast green space of over 15,000 mp.

"The occupancy rate of 70% that we have reached almost a year before opening it confirms the potential opening of Veranda, which completes the existing commercial offer and to revitalize the Obor area. Furthermore, we are already in advanced discussions with other tenants for an additional 10% of the total rental surface and we expect in the following months to have all spaces occupied.

We want that through the tenant mix it provides and how it is designed, Veranda to become the meeting place for the residents of the neighborhood and beyond it, offering the consumers a modern shopping and leisure, complementing the historical past of the Obor area" said Andrei Pogonaru member of the board of the Prodplast Real Estate S.A. company.
