Mihaela Pavel is the new Operations Manager of PayPoint Romania

In this role, Mihaela coordinates the Contact Center, Support & Compliance and Credit & Collection departments. These departments manage many activities related to the relationship between PayPoint and network marketers: checking, processing and setting up contracts with the retail partners, communicating with them, processing the feedback received and providing prompt answers, ensuring the development of a commercial relationship in line with contractual terms or avoidance of fraud.
